Before joining any masterclass on this platform, please read through these requirements carefully. They set out what you agree to, how the sessions work, and what to expect from both sides of the arrangement.

What participation actually involves
These requirements apply to all participants accessing yoga masterclasses through Nilarin, regardless of subscription tier or session format. Last reviewed: January 2025.
Eligibility and account responsibility
1. Access to masterclasses is available to individuals aged 18 and over who have completed registration at cedilomaruth.com. 2. Each account is personal and non-transferable — sharing login credentials with others is not permitted. 3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@Nilarin within 24 hours.

Physical suitability and health awareness
1. Yoga for stress relief as taught through this platform involves gentle to moderate physical movement. 2. Participants with existing injuries, chronic conditions, or recent surgery should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning — our instructors are not in a position to provide medical guidance. 3. If at any point during a session you feel discomfort beyond ordinary muscle fatigue, stop immediately and seek appropriate advice.

Session access and technical requirements
1. Masterclass sessions are delivered via pre-recorded video and, for selected programmes, live-streamed formats. 2. A stable internet connection of at least 8 Mbps is recommended for uninterrupted HD playback. 3. Sessions are accessible on desktop browsers, tablets, and mobile devices — no dedicated app is required. Recorded content remains available for 90 days after the programme end date unless otherwise stated in the course description.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds
1. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. 2. A full refund is available if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 3 sessions have been accessed — this is in line with UK consumer rights for digital content. 3. After that window, or once more sessions have been accessed, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@Nilarin at +441902634032 with your order reference to begin the process.

Intellectual property and permitted use
1. All video content, written materials, and session recordings are the intellectual property of Cedilo Maruth and the contributing instructors. 2. Participants may access content for personal, non-commercial use only. 3. Downloading, screen-recording, redistributing, or re-uploading any part of a session — in whole or in part — is not permitted and may result in account suspension without refund.

Data and privacy
1. Cedilo Maruth collects and processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. 2. Registration data is used solely for account management, session delivery, and service communications — it is not sold to third parties. 3.
